Voluntary Self-Declaration
The National Film Board of Canada (NFB) has created a new plan for equity, diversity and inclusion, with targets and concrete actions that will have an impact not only on our hiring, production and distribution methods, but on the entire culture of our organization. The voluntary self-declaration section of our hiring form is one of the solutions that have been put in place to help us achieve measurable objectives.
